She was amazing at following up with my multiple tenants and coordinating all of the apartments to be shown at the same time. There were six different tenants she had to coordinate with each time the property was to be shown. While tenants can often be difficult to deal with, Lisa treated all of my tenants with respect and they all had good things to say about their dealings with her. When it came time for the appraisal there were no comps in my area for the type of property that I had so Lisa worked diligently in concert with the appraiser to support the value of my building to the buyer's mortgage company. She did a great job all around.
